Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with Donna Banks Pet Photography you agree to the following Terms and Conditions;

If you need to cancel your session,  48 hours advanced notice is required so that I can offer the date to another client.  

​

Pricing may change at any time,  for products and sessions.

​

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is payable upon booking, to secure your date and time. Balance of $50 for the photo session fee, is required the day of the photo session. 

​

If the weather is bad on the day, the session will be rescheduled.

​

If the weather conditions, such as rain, heavy snowfall, etc. prevent the photoshoot from taking place, Donna Banks Pet Photography will be in touch and the session will be rescheduled to another date.

Donna Banks Pet Photography will not be held responsible for incidents that happen during a photo session.

​

Owners must have full control of their pets, on leash photography is recommended unless it is safe to let them off. Clients must also clean up after their pets.

​

Donna Banks Pet Photography reserves the right to use any images from your session for advertising, display, publication this includes social media.  

​

If you do not want your images shared on social media, you must make this known to Donna Banks Pet Photography​

Donna Banks Pet Photography retains copyright for all images taken on any session. 

​

Images are sold to clients on a personal use license, this includes the watermarked files.

​

Clients are able to make gifts and prints using the images they have purchased, however the client is not permitted to sell them, or enter them in to any competitions as the clients own. ​

Donna Banks Pet Photography reserves the right to amend these

Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
